In 2003, Joan joined American Transmission Company as an Environmental Project Manager and has advance to Team Leader. In her role at ATC she is able to use her education, experience and love of natural resources to make a positive difference in how private businesses preserve and enhance natural resources, while ensuring successful business operations.
