Paul Krejcarek graduated from Marquette University in 1991 with a bachelor of science in accounting. During school he interned with Litton industries in internal audit. Upon graduation, Paul went to work for a regional public accounting firm performing audits for profit and non-profit organizations as well as working on individual and corporate tax returns for those clients. After seven years of public accounting, Krejcarek made the switch to industry and went to work as a Controller for one of his biggest clients, Kondex Corporation, a top supplier of agricultural and commercial cutting parts for companies like John Deere, Toro, and Jacobsen. His seven years at Kondex also led to new responsibilities in IT and engineering. In late 2005, Krejcarek decided to make another move and took a position as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Perlick Corporation, where he was in charge of accounting and IT and later took on the responsibility of the purchasing department. Perlick is a premier manufacturer of bar and beverage equipment. The company provides equipment to a variety of commercial customers from local bars, to restaurant chains, to large venues like Lambeau field. Perlick also offers product to the residential and hospitality market as well. While working, Krejcarek continued his education earning his MBA in 2006 from UW-Milwaukee. In 2011, the owners of Perlick decided to get out of the day-to-day operations and put a professional management group in place. Krejcarek saw an opportunity to take on a new challenge and became the Vice President of Operations. While he has foregone his financial duties with the company, he has a whole new slew of far more challenging responsibilities that has helped round out his business perspective.
