Kyle Geissler started his career as a radio journalist at WCLO/WJVL in Janesville after graduating from UW-Oshkosh in 2001. In 2006, he completed work on a graduate degree in mass communication at UW-Whitewater. His thesis focused on newsroom convergence in medium market print and broadcast groups, which ultimately led him to his current position. As News Flow Editor for Bliss Communications, Kyle coordinates coverage between two radio stations and the Janesville Gazette. He also produces videos, manages social media and develops news features for the websites. In addition, Kyle teaches courses on digital journalism and broadcast news writing and production at UW-Whitewater, where he also is the faculty adviser for the campus newspaper
